Signature
- Sign with a black ink pen on white paper, in running (joined) handwriting, not in block or capital letters.
- The notice sets a minimum of 140 × 60 pixels. PixelKaro makes it 280 × 120 so the signature stays sharp inside the 30–49 KB range; you can change the size in the tool.
- A non-white background, non-black ink, a blurred or partly visible signature, or a thumb impression instead of a signature can lead to rejection.
What else to know
- There is no photo to upload. The application captures a live photo by webcam or the phone’s front camera (paragraph 16.4).
- Wear non-white, preferably dark clothing, keep the camera at eye level, and do not wear a cap, mask or glasses (paragraph 16.4).
- Do not photograph a printed or on-screen photo; such applications are rejected (paragraph 16.4).
- SC/ST candidates asking for a free travel pass upload the certificate as a PDF under 400 KB (paragraph 16.5.2).
